How do I save my profile and stickers?
Nekomendo has no accounts: your profile, lists and album live only in your browser. To move them to another phone or computer, go to Profile → Backup, press “Download backup” (or “Copy as text”) and, on the other device, use “Restore”.
I lost my stickers or my profile
If you clear your browser data, use a private window or switch devices, the profile isn't kept. That's why it's worth downloading a backup from time to time. If you have a saved backup, restore it from Profile → Backup.
The gachapon or the explorer doesn't load
Reload the page and try again. If it still fails, tell us which device and browser you use and roughly when it happened.
A recommendation, a detail or a cover is wrong
Anime data comes from AniList, so mistakes in titles, episodes or scores are fixed there. If something is wrong on Nekomendo itself, write to us.
What data do you keep about me?
We don't ask you to sign up and we don't store your profile on any server. The details are in the privacy and cookie policies, in the footer of the home page.
